Professor Thomas DeLong developed an extensive business case on Schuberg Philis, which is being used in his lectures on Management Practice in the Organizational Behavior.

Results According to the Harvard professor, two things stand out in Schuberg Philis' business model: the extreme focus on customer intimacy and satisfaction, as welll as the considerable financial results that have been yielded.
