During the interviews, we already discuss your wishes and whether we believe this is realistic. When we are ready to make you an offer, we normally first email this to you so you can read it and schedule a call with you to discuss it.

Most of us work 40 hours per week and our teams are onsite at the office in Schiphol-Rijk. There can be frequent travel to the Customer, so please keep this in mind.

Permanent contract

For most roles at Schuberg Philis, we offer a permanent contract because when we say yes to you, we believe in you and if there are development areas, we believe we are able to invest in you and help.

During probation period mileage allowance or a rental/pool car. After probation period, most roles are eligible for a lease car, car allowance, mileage allowance or 1st class NS public transport card.

25 paid holidays; Everyone in The Netherlands has a right to at least 20 days off to rest and recuperate. Schuberg Philis strongly believes in this, so if you need more days off, its fine as long as the team is happy.
