At Schuberg Philis, we build solutions that matter, with trust and autonomy at the heart of everything we do. The CORE is our internal backbone, enabling Finance, Sales, Project Management, and more. As a Business Analyst in the CORE team, you connect ambitions with execution. You’ll work closely with Product Management and Engineering, turning business goals into clear, testable requirements, and designing processes and data flows that just work. You like complex puzzles, but your drive comes from getting things done—together.
What You’ll Do
- Act as the analytical bridge between Product Management and Engineering — converting business goals and feature ideas into precise, unambiguous functional requirements and testable logic.
- Analyse, design, and document cross-domain processes and data flows across Finance, Sales, COMs, and Project Management, ensuring alignment and system integrity.
- Support development and testing by validating behaviour against expected outcomes, ensuring consistency with the CORE’s functional and data models.
What You Bring
- Relevant experience as a Business Analyst or similar role bridging product and engineering in complex systems.
- Deep understanding of commercial, financial, and operational processes (e.g. pricing, planning, forecasting, and revenue recognition).
- Proven experience in translating business needs into structured, detailed, and testable requirements.
- Skilled in documenting end-to-end processes, data mappings, and system interactions across multiple domains.
- Solid understanding of integration flows, able to verify data logic and coordinate with data/BI teams.
Who You Are
- Precise, structured, and methodical in both analysis and documentation.
- Comfortable challenging assumptions and clarifying ambiguities early.
- Strong communicator — able to translate between technical and non-technical audiences.
- Pragmatic and delivery-focused; balances ideal process design with practical feasibility.
- Naturally collaborative and comfortable working in a consent-based, non-hierarchical setup.
- Takes ownership of detail without losing sight of business goals.
Nice to have
- Experience with Ticketing, ERP, CRM tools like AFAS, Vena, Dynamics, Jira
- Background in process design (BPMN)
- Familiarity with pricing/subscription models
- Experience working in self-steering or holacratic environments
- Experience with SaaS or internal platform development, ideally with integrations between Finance, CRM, and Operations systems
