Since 2003 he ran his own strategy and project consultancy Limetree Business Refreshment, in the field of branding, communication and innovation. Before that he was active in branding and communication as manager (KLM Cargo) an senior consultant (Hill & Knowlton, SCAN Management Consultants).
Paul was asked by Schuberg Philis 3,5 years ago as independent brand strategist to lead the re-development of the brand identity, design and communication.
