Are you as passionate about networking and automation as we are? We are looking for a Network Automation Engineer who thrives on designing, implementing and running advanced network solutions. Take ownership of critical network layers, integrate physical and virtual components and ensure seamless operation for our customers’ environment, both on-premises and in the cloud.
Automation is your default mindset. You will be focusing on designing and building a mission critical environment for our customers, engineered for high availability and stability. You and your team get to take full ownership of building as well as running and improving customer environments.
What will you be doing?
As a Network Automation Engineer, these activities will be part of your responsibility:
- Architect, design, build and maintain highly available, secure, and scalable networks across on-premises and public cloud environments (e.g. Azure);
- Automate and template network configurations (Infrastructure as Code) using tools such as Terraform, Chef, and Ansible;
- Troubleshoot and remediate performance or security challenges across multifaceted network landscapes;
- Manage and optimize logical and virtual networking solutions, including SDN and VMware NSX;
- Integrate and manage IPAM (preferably Nautobot or Netbox) and IAM solutions, supporting an efficient and secure network environment;
- Participate in Kubernetes networking, CI/CD automation, GitLab/GitOps workflows;
- Prepare and support change planning, security incidents, audits and continuous network improvement;
- Work on greenfield projects, with responsibility ranging from architecture to hands-on building and continuous development.
What do you need to be successful?
Our ideal candidate looks like this:
- Proven track record as a Network Engineer in high-availability environments;
- Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to remediate complex network and security issues;
- Hands-on experience with Cisco, Arista, and/or Extreme Networks;
- Expertise with F5, Cisco ASA and Palo Alto;
- Experience with automation and Infra as Code, like Terraform, Ansible, Chef;
- Familiarity with public cloud networking (Azure) and integrating with on-premises environments.
