Schuberg Philis is looking for an experienced Technical Business Analyst to bring our application landscape to the next level. The team you will be joining facilitates the growth of our company, by taking responsibility for the core processes: from processes in the area of HR, Finance and Sales, to key applications and integrations. In your role, ysu will oversee the development, implementation and configuration, from concept to adoption.
You spot opportunities, gather requirements and translate these requirements into (technical) solutions, sometimes together with our engineers. You monitor the progress of all current projects in the roadmap and backlog and communicate this clearly to your stakeholders.
Projects you will be working on vary a lot! This could be the development of new features for existing applications or taking ownership in selecting, implementing and coordinating the adoption process for a more suitable tool or selection. The functional maintenance of our current application stack is something you enjoy as well, which includes planning, development, testing, deployment, maintenance and the retiring of applications.
Who are we looking for?
You have an entrepreneurial mindset and you like to be part of a team that is a central part of an organization. You know how to determine the actual question and how to move people around you. You have a hands on attitude, meaning you are not afraid to dig deep into our application landscape whilst at the same time diving into new tools and applications that might be of value to us.
In addition to this mindset, you have the following profile:
- Experience with managing applications, overseeing an application landscape and understanding the relations and interfaces between the different applications;
- Experience with implementing processes in IT systems;
- Knowledge of ITSM
- Attention for details and how they fit into the big picture
- Experience with applications like Mendix, Okta, Jira, ServiceNow, Greenhouse, AFAS, etc.
