Build Mission-Critical GenAI

Full-time 32-40 Stunden

We are seeking an experienced GenAI Software Engineer to join a small, close-knit, self-managing team. Our mission is to develop advanced AI platforms, AI-driven solutions, and applications that transform how our customers operate across a wide range of industries. These platforms serve as the backbone for innovation, reliability, and scalability, supporting critical operations in high-security environments. The solutions built on top of them redefine the way our customers run their business.

Our ideal colleague has experience with: 

  • Designing, building, and maintaining applications and bringing them to production. Experience with building GenAI applications is a plus 
  • Hands-on experience with using GenAI models for production applications, both open and closed source (e.g., GPT, Llama, Claude) 
  • Hands-on experience with other GenAI application components like models, vector databases, embeddings, chunking and evaluation 
  • Python experience  
  • Ability to understand business problems and translate them into effective technical solutions 
  • Driving architectural decisions and contributing to long-term technical vision 
  • Experience of applying change management practices when delivering cutting-edge technology solutions and platforms to ensure value is delivered 
  • Ability to tinker and follow up quickly with new technology change, the pace at which you need to keep track of new AI knowledge is high. 

Nice to have: 

  • Experience with Docker and Kubernetes 
  • Some front-end exposure
